Výsledky této práce by mohly přispět
k identifikaci podnětů, situací a činností s potenciálem vyvolávat stres u lidí (adolescentů),
This bachelor thesis deals with the stress of high school students and ways of coping with stress.
As part of the creation of this bachelor's thesis, research was carried out aimed at identifying
the most common and most intense stressors on high school students. At the same time,
attention was focused on the identification of the most represented coping strategies for these
pupils. As part of this survey, an evaluation of online teaching, which is currently taking place
as a result of a coronavirus pandemic, was also performed. The focus on evaluating aspects
of online learning was motivated by thinking about online learning as another potential source
of stress. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire survey at a secondary
school with a technical focus. A total of 139 pupils from all grades took part in the survey.
The results of this work could contribute to the identification of stimuli, situations and activities
with the potential to cause stress in people (adolescents), who are themselves in a difficult
period of development.
