Tato práce je zaměřena především na testování kvality tisku z různých materiálů na tiskárně Rebel II 3D s cílem co nejvyšší kvality tisku. 3D tiskárna Rebel II pracuje na základě technologie FLM. Pro dosažení co nejlepší kvality tisku bylo třeba provést určité změny v její konstrukci. Hlavním cílem je nalézt tiskové parametry pro různé konstrukční materiály pro získání co nejkvalitnějších vytisknutých dílů. Parametry, které byly primárně měněny jsou: teplota podložky, rychlost tisku, teplota trysky a výška vrstvy.

This thesis work is mainly focused on testing the performance for various materials in Rebel II 3D printer and to obtain high quality printing. Rebel II 3D printer is working with FLM technology. Some changes have to be made in this printer to obtain high quality parts. And the main aim is to obtain the printing parameters for the structural materials to get high quality of printed parts which includes: Bed temperature, Printing speed, Nozzle temperature and layer height.

Research Plan
Perform the testing of the FLM 3D printer for structural materials (plastics or composites such as Nylon, Iglidur, thermoplastics with graphite, etc.) and, if necessary, propose adjustments of this printer configuration to obtain the highest quality of printing.
Recommended methods of elaboration:
1. Become familiar with the existing 3D printer Rebel II in the lab.
2. Make research of existing structural materials for FLM technology and print requirements for these materials.
3. Design a suitable shape of the testing part(s), select at least three special materials and perform experimental 3D printing.
4. Propose adjustment of the printer and printing parameters for each material, resp. provide testing of printed parts mechanical properties.
5. Evaluate the results and conclusions.
