Zalaminování dvou vrstev tkaniny do vysoce viskózní
tkaniny vyrobené z dostatečně tepelně a mechanicky odolných vláken. Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi testování geometrických, mechanických a tepelných vlastností polyesterového a polypropylénového monofilu. Byla vyvinuta a v interní normě zakotvena metodika ke standardizaci a zpracování výsledků měření tepelné sráživosti a srážecí síly vláken maximální, efektivní i zbytkové, dále stanovení tepelné citlivosti vláken.

The research and production of ion exchange heterogeneous membranes
is a dynamically developing field that enables separation and subsequent reuse
of industrially used water and substances dissolved in it by filtration. This technology is used, for example, in the paper industry or in the production of fertilizers. Heterogeneous membranes are highly filled polymer composites of finely divided polymer particles, and their production consists of laminating two reinforcing fabrics into the molten filling mixture. Ion exchange membranes are used to filter in aqueous solution in which the polymer swells and changes its chemical and mechanical properties - it becomes plastic from the solid, capable of filtering anions or cations through a diffusion mechanism or by an electric field. The heterogeneous membranes in the filtered fluid change significantly their mechanical and dimensional properties. The reinforcing fabrics provide them with dimensional stability in all directions, ensuring its mechanical properties in the dry state, and also in the filtered fluid. Thus,
the reinforcing fabrics ensure the cohesion of the entire membrane, allowing the
manipulation with the whole filtration system, which is made of individual "sheets" of the heterogeneous membranes. Reinforcing fabrics have to be made of sufficiently thermally and mechanically resistant fibers because the laminating of two layers of the fabric into a highly viscous membrane mixture is performed at a temperature up to 150°C. This thesis deals with testing of geometrical, mechanical and thermal properties of polyester and polypropylene monofilaments. A methodology how to standardize and process the results of thermal shrinkage and maximum, effective and residual fiber shrinkage strength with further assesment of thermal sensitivity of the fiber was developed and enshrined as an internal standard. The results indicate a correlation between mechanical and thermal properties which are closely related to the internal structure of the fiber orientation.
