This master's thesis explores the mechanical properties of thermally bonded nonwovens. It focuses on measuring the stress behavior of the material by means of two simulation models with previously determined basic mechanical properties of various types of nonwovens. The first model is created in the Ansys environment. The second model is based on the method of micromechanoscopy, monitoring abrupt irreversible processes in mechanically stressed textile material. The research part of the thesis introduces different types of modeling techniques, computer simulation, and micromechanoscopy. Experimental laboratory work related to this master's thesis includes sampling nonwoven thermally bonded fabric and defining mechanical properties by tensile stress testing. As a result, a model showing the distribution of stress in the material has been developed and can be used to determine pure tensile stress and other types of force. The data obtained from the simulations provide additional relevant information, while the proposed models serve as a tool for the simulation of the shaping processes and its eventual optimization, including material properties of nonwovens used in manufacturing.

1. Vypracujte rešerši na téma simulace chování netkaných textilií.
3. Simulujte tahovou zkoušku pomocí programu ANSYS. Pokuste se nalézt vhodný materiálový model popisující chování vzorků.
4. Získané výsledky porovnejte s výsledky mikromechanichého modelu a diskutujte je.
